ТСН.160.40.00-01 - Fabricat din tablă groasă laminată la cald cu grosimea de 10-25 mm, GOST 14637-89. Se instalează pe transportorul orizontal ТСН.160А (la colțurile fermei). Este un analog al pinioanelor de întoarcere ТСН.160А. Funcționează exclusiv cu varianta de lanț ТСН.160А cu racletă orientată în jos. Diametrul discului superior - 298 mm, diametrul discului interior - 182 mm.
